Material Holding Equipments

Scrap Baling Machine

Scrap Baling Machine is used to compress waste/scrap into bundles.

Double Action Ejector – (scrap press from two side with the help of two cylinder) machines are unique in their class with hydraulic mechanical ejection system. To provide best performance it is equipped with 4 cylinders. It is used in industry to produce bale ranging from 30Kg to 60Kg. and above.

Chain Pulley Blocks

  • Low effort required to lift maximum load
  • Capacity ranges from 1 Ton . to 20 Tons
  • Light weight - robust construction

Lifting Magnets

An electromagnet is a type of magnet in which the magnetic field is produced by an electric current. The magnetic field disappears when the current is turned off. These types of Electro magnets cover the lifting and transporting of steel plate, slabs, ingots, billets, pipe, loose scrap metals and more

Used for :
  • Transport of Billets, Beam Blanks, Slabs, Plates, Sheets
  • Lifting of Hot Billets (upto 600˚C) from Cooling Beds on a Continuous Casting Machine
  • Handling of Steel Billets at room temperature in the storage area.
  • Handling of Beam Blanks in a Steel mill.
  • Picking up Steel Slabs from Cooling Beds.
  • Lifting scarp till furnace.
Available in Types :
  • Circular Hot/Cold Lifting Magnets
  • Rectangular Lifting Magnets
  • Bundle Handling Magnets

Material Handling Cranes

EOT CRANES: It is one of the most common types of bridge cranes, which consist of parallel runways with a traveling bridge spanning the gap.

JIB CRANES: type of crane where a horizontal member (jib or boom), supporting a moveable hoist, is fixed to a wall or to a floor-mounted pillar.

Heavy Duty Cranes: These cranes have high speed and precise movement. These Cranes that are built for lifting heavy loads and for continuous operating hours

Electric Wire Rope Hoist

A hoist is a device used for lifting or lowering a load by means of a drum or lift-wheel around which rope or chain wraps.

Fork Lift Trucks

Play a key role moving raw materials such as iron, as well as semi-finished and finished steel products, including steel coil, pipe, slabs, long bars, billets or pipes
